Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. KIMU uses DHL or UPS or other Freight as the standard delivery service for parcel shipments.We'll provide you with a tracking number so you can track your purchase from the second it leaves Taiwan.
How Long and how much will It Take To Ship My Order?
The shipping charges are based on order size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. You can find out the exact freight costs for your purchase in the ordering process. Orders are shipped on business days. Holidays in your country might cause shipping delays. Delivery time and shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice. KIMU products are all shipped from our warehouse in Taiwan.
Can I Track My Items?
Upon shipping, you will be sent a unique tracking number so you can check the current location of your parcel as it makes it way to you. You can track your item using the unique tracking number we provide or, after 4 days from shipping, visit your country’s national postal carrier website, enter your tracking number, and you will find an up-to-date record of your order’s location.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Cancellations are only considered if the product is not customized items. In this case, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. On all non-customized items, you can cancel your order but only before the item has shipped. Cancellations are not possible on shipped items.
We reserve the right to levy a $30 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.
Return and Claims - Important To Note
We are happy to answer any questions related to KIMU products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased outside of kimudesign.com.
⋄ Items can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the order and must be unused, in the original packaging and undamaged.
⋄ The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.
⋄ When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
⋄ You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged carton packaging on delivery, you need to provide us by taking a clear photos of the packaging and if a defect becomes apparent, you has the right to contact us no later than within 24 hours by sending an e-mail at the address info@kimudesign.com along mentioning your order number and delivery receipt or tracking number
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
How much is Customs and import fee?
Orders in Taiwan are not subject to taxes and duties. Local customs and VAT/sales tax will be charged when shipping outside Taiwan. You might be charged for item values and shipping cost. The total charges will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or other shipping companies. We suggest that you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to completing your purchase.
